  2. The wallpaper product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  3. Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, is required.

Please note that custom-made or personalized wallpaper products may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization, if applicable.
  3. Pack the wallpaper product securely in its original packaging, ensuring it is protected during transit.
  4. Include a copy of the original order invoice or receipt inside the package.
  5. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  6. Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
  7. If the return is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method within 3 days. Please note that the refund amount may exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase or return process.
  8. If the return is not approved, we will contact you to discuss the reason and available options.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your wallpaper product for a different design or size, please initiate a return as per the instructions above and place a new order for the desired item separately.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a wallpaper product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will guide you through the necessary steps to resolve the issue, which may include providing photographs or returning the product for inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  1. Wallpaper products that have been used, damaged, or altered from their original condition.
  2. Custom-made or personalized wallpaper products, unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.
  3. Wallpaper products purchased from third-party sellers or retailers. Please refer to their respective return policies.
